Coffee Latte for a gloomy day...

I couldn't sleep last night properly due to excitement.  You may ask why...  OMG... Starting a blog!!! Thats what is exciting.. And to keep on publishing every day... Thats challenging...  I did make many plans of cooking excellent dishes over the next few days, weeks ... months... How ever today when I woke up, the climate absolutely disappointed me. It was a day when the absurdly gloomy climate passes its gloominess to you.. A day you feel like doing nothing and simply lie in bed the whole day... A day when you start looking for the feel good factors in your life and need their comfort... And I found the comfort in my coffee latte :)

Coffee Latte:

Time taken for preparing: 5 min

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon coffee powder ( I used Nescafe )
1 teaspoon sugar
Milk
Water

Method:

Step 1:

Boil some water in a saucepan.

Step 2:

Mix coffee and sugar in your coffee cup.

Step 3:

Fill the coffee cup with quarter parts of boiled water and keep it aside.

Step 4:

Pour milk into the blender and whip for around 30 - 45 sec. When you open the blender, you can see some foam.

Step 5:

Pour the milk from blender into a microwave safe cup and heat in microwave for around 30 - 45 sec. When you take it out of the microwave, you can see too much foam.

Note: You can also heat the milk in a saucepan till it foams nicely.

Step 6:

Pour the foamed and heated milk to your coffee cup from Step 3. Mix and adjust sugar and have a nice coffee which perks you up instantly :)

Note: If you like the coffee very hot, microwave your coffee latte for 30 sec.
